Free! The Columbia Tech Center Sunday Sounds Concerts will hit the stage in east Vancouver from 6 to 8 p.m. Bring a picnic meal or buy food and refreshments from local vendors. Alcohol is not permitted in parks. Park off Southeast Cardinal Court, in the gravel lot south of the amphitheater.
